As a result of our experience we are uniquely positioned to assist your school or districts planning process for participating in the Government's Economic Recovery Plan. So, how can we help?

• Project Plan Development: FSG will conduct a full facilities assessment as directed by educational staff surveys and administrative priorities to help lend a "clear needs" focus to your project funding request. The assessment can address architectural, structural, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, roofing, paving, safety and security strengths and weaknesses.
• A Full Cost and Job Creation Analysis: FSG will assimilate data from the facilities assessment and use it to develop comprehensive and detailed cost estimates. We will provide realistic time lines as to when each phase of the project will be "shovel ready". We will provide estimates of the number and term of jobs saved and created in the execution phase of the project. We will provide projections of the longer term job retention and creation resulting from the completion of the project.
• Dollar Cost Savings and Energy Efficiency Analysis: In addition to articulating how your facility modernization will create a more productive educational environment for students and faculty, FSG's computer simulation programs will identify short and long term energy cost savings. We will also quantify the 20 year "Life Cycle Costs" of the equipment and systems in your plan to help support the rationale behind your administrations modernization choices.
• Awareness Campaign: The Economic Recovery Plan will be funded through congressional approval. Congressional representatives will be responsible for apportioning funding and they will be looking for projects that are "shovel ready", that promise the most jobs and present the greatest economic stimulus. FSG is in a position to lend guidance as to how to bring decision makers attention to your request.
